The pre-assembled system allows for quicker installation of the Lean Solar system. Most current solar installations are performed with installing the panels in the air on the structure. Our pre-assembly system has been designed to install all panels on the ground on an assembly station with custom engineered tools and fixtures. The assembled system is then be moved in position from ground to air, thus minimizing time and manpower. The innovation reduces assembly time by 40% which will reduce installation cost and time. Our system substantially reduces potential injuries to operators by keeping most of the work on the ground.
